We warranty that every ring that leaves our factory has undergone a rigid, professional, multiple inspection, process that guarantees the highest quality and craftsmanship possible. In the unlikely event that we ship a defective or wrong ring style, we will accept responsibility and repair/replace any such ring at our expense.
Additionally, we warranty our rings for life. If any special ordered ring is returned by the consumer with a request for an adjustment in size or refurbishing of any kind, due to normal wear and tear, we will resize and/or refinish the ring free of manufacturing charges. The only charge will be our standard shipping fee. The refinishing/resizing warranty will be voided if the ring is resized and/or tampered by anyone other than our factory technicians.
All returns require a return authorization from our customer service department. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact our customer service department by calling 800-886-3040 or send an e-mail to email@example.com writing a detailed explanation for the reason of your return and if there is a due date. One of our customer service representatives will contact you promptly with a return authorization number. We will not accept return packages without the proper return authorization.
